On July 31, 2021, NAPA Branch Campus in Hue city solemnly held the online opening ceremony of the virtual training course for division level leaders and managers (cohort 2 of 2021).
Attending the ceremony was Assoc.Prof.Dr. Nguyen Hoang Hien, Director General of NAPA Branch Campus in Hue city; representatives from faculties and units of the campus; and 34 course participants who are division-level leaders and managers, potential officials for the division-level leadership and management coming from different provinces such as Quang Tri, Thua Thien Hue, Quang Ngai, Kon Tum. The ceremony was held online on Microsoft Teams due to the complicated development of the Covid-19 epidemic.

The course will start on July 31, 2021 and covers 12 topics in which 9 topics of leadership and management skills and 03 topics of thematic reports. All the class sessions will be conducted on the Microsoft Teams. The course participants are required to comply with NAPA’s regulations on training. At the end of the course, the participants will take a test and a course essay on management situation in their sector.

Speaking at the ceremony, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Hoang Hien emphasized the great importance of public official training in improving professional qualifications and capability, updating necessary knowledge on state management, the PAR, the international integration and professional skills to deliver better services to citizens an organizations. Especially in the context of information explosion, the Industry 4.0 and international integration, updating knowledge is extremely necessary. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Hoang Hien requested that all the course participants be fully engaged in learning activities to strengthen their competence and strictly comply with the regulations of NAPA and NAPA Branch Campus in Hue city.
