Virtual training course on leadership and management skills for commune officials at the Department of Home Affairs of Ca Mau province.

On November 22, 2021, NAPA Branch Campus in Ho Chi Minh City solemnly organized the Opening Ceremony of vitual training course on  leadership and management skills for commune officials at the Department of Home Affairs of Ca Mau province video conferencing. Attending the events was Dr. Nguyen The Tai – Head, Training Management Division, NAPA Branch Campus in Ho Chi Minh City;  Ms. Diep Thi Ngoc Han – Deputy Head, Division of Personnel and Organization, Department of Home Affairs of Ca Mau province; representatives of faculties and 103 course participants.

Speaking at the event, Dr. Nguyen The Tai emphasized civil servant training plays a particularly important role in improving professional qualifications, updating knowledge and skills on state management, puplic administration reform, international integration and job performance for civil servants to better serve the citizens and their organizations. Dr.  Nguyen The Tai requested that all the course participants be fully engaged in learning activities, actively involve in the class discussions and strictly comply with the course rules. He also expected the course participants will improve their knowledge and skills on state management and successfully apply what they have learnt into their duty performance at work after the course. Dr. Nguyen The Tai also expressed sincerely thanks to the Provincial Party Committee, People’s Committee, Department of Home Affairs of Ca Mau province for collaborating with NAPA Branch in Ho Chi Minh City in the organization of training course.

Speaking on behalf of the course participants, Mr. Trinh Viet Khai showed his gratitude to  the Department of Home Affairs of Ca Mau Province and  NAPA Branch in Ho Chi Minh City for facilitating the training course in the context of the prolonged Covid-19 epidemic and expected for the best attitude to study among the course participants for the best results of the training course.
