Assoc.Prof.Dr. Luong Thanh Cuong requested active discussion in the workshop and expected discussion inputs for the reviewing and updating the training curriculum which will be submitted to the authorities approval in the coming time.
At the workshop, the participants suggested that the training program structure, subjects, and training content should be adjusted based on the Ministry of Home Affairs’s regulation on the content, criteria and indicators for evaluation. Moreover, it is necessary to use more diagrams in the theory-oriented subjects and procedures in the practice-oriented subjects.
The trainees who participate in these training programs are public servants; therefore, it is important to present the subject content in a direct, concise manner update with new developments.
