On December 8th 2017, State and Law Division organized workshop “Legal culture and civil servants in State Administrative agencies” chaired by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Huynh Van Thoi, Head of State and Law Division. Presented in the workshop were staff, lecturers and students at NAPA Ho Chi Minh City campus.
The workshop presentations discussed different issues, including “The concept of Legal culture of civil servants in state administrative offices”; “Legal Culture of Civil Servants in State Administrative agencies: Concepts, Structures and Issues in the integration context”; “Impact of Legal culture on Administrative reform”; “Patriarchy in Public affairs”, “Evaluation on legal culture of civil servants in state administrative agencies: methods, criteria, aspect”.

On December 11th 2017, the seminar “Law on Promulgation of Legal normative Documents” was organized by the Documentation and Administrative Technology Division. Dr. Ha Quang Thanh, Head Documentation and Administrative Technology Division chaired the seminar.

A number of contents were discussed at the seminar, specifically “The Current Situation of Law on Promulgation of Legal normative Documents “, “Consistency of the legal system in Vietnam”, “Issues on consolidation of legal normative documents ”, “Recommendation to improve the provisions of the Law on Promulgation of Legal Documents” and “Refining regulations on reviewing legal normative documents stated in the Law on Promulgation of legal documents 2015 and guiding documents”.
