On November 24, 2021, Minister Pham Thi Thanh Tra had a meeting with the leaders of Hiroshima University. Minister of Home Affairs and the President of Hiroshima University agreed on a number of issues related to cooperation in master degree training for future young leaders of Viet Nam, cooperation in use of digital technology in public administration, and in joint master degree training with the National Academy of Public Administration (NAPA). The two sides expected to sign a memorandum of understanding on the mentioned issues this year.
