Establishment
The Division of Inspection, Testing and Quality Management was initially as Division of Organization and Administration, then renamed as Organization – Inspectors Division. from 2009. Since 2013the Division has been renamed as Division of Inspection, Testing and Quality Management according to Decision No. 123/ QD-HVHC dated January 10th, 2013
