General introduction
NAPA Branch Campus in Ho Chi Minh City currently operates in accordance with the Decision No. 1206/QD-HCQG dated April 11, 2018 by NAPA President which defines the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of NAPA Branch Campus in Ho Chi Minh City.
NAPA Branch Campus in Ho Chi Minh City is located at No. 10, Street 3/2, Ward 12, District 10, Ho Chi Minh City. It has the functions of providing training for cadres, civil servants and public employees; delivering human resource training; and conducting administrative scientific research;
Tasks
- Advising NAPA President on development strategy and plan of NAPA Branch Campus in Ho Chi Minh City;
- Providing training for cadres, civil servants and public employees as assigned and decentralized by NAPA President;
- Conducting scheduled graduate training as assigned by NAPA President;
- Conducting research on administrative sciences, public management and public policy to serve NAPA’s training;
- Managing and granting training certificates and certifications in those domains as decentralized by NAPA;
- Conducting testing and quality assurance of training according to the NAPA’s regulations;
- Undertaking international cooperation in training, academic exchange, research on administrative scientific, public management as prescribed by law and NAPA’s regulations;
- Cooperating with domestic and international training institutions in training and research as prescribed by law and NAPA’s regulations;
- Publishing internal publications, newsletters, and scientific publications to serve training and research on administrative science and public management as prescribed by law and NAPA’s regulations;
- Performing internal control, settling complaints and denunciations, preventing and combating corruption, wrongdoings, and waste in operation as prescribed by law and NAPA’s regulations;
- Managing its organizational structure and staffing; implementing policies and incentives concerning training, emulation, rewards and disciplines for its staff as prescribed by law and NAPA’s regulations;
- Managing its visiting lecturers and scientific collaborators as prescribed by law and NAPA’s regulations;
- Managing its provided finance and assets as prescribed by law and NAPA’s regulations;
- Implementing its reporting, statistics, archives as prescribed by law and NAPA’s regulations;
- Performing other duties assigned by NAPA President.

- Teaching Division of Documents and Administrative Technology;
- Teaching Division of State Management of Economic Affairs and Public Finance;
- Teaching Division of State Management of Social Affairs.
Staff
The total number of staff of NAPA Campus in Ho Chi Minh City (up to February 2020) is 136 including 02 associate professor doctors, 18 doctors, 50 masters, 33 bachelors and others.
